Players need to be registered to practice – Registration is open.
Come see what the game of rugby is all about. Our program teaches game rules, basic skills, team work and life skills in a fun and enjoyable atmosphere. Parent participation welcomed.
Costs:
*U8 – $150
*U10 – $185
*U12 + U14 – $225
*-Date cut off for rugby is 9/1/11. So for example for U8 (Under 8), players may not have turned 8 before 9/1/11. Also, there is an additional $5 registration fee.
What to wear and bring:
-Mouth guard (suggest buying 3+ for the season since they are easily misplaced, regular football style mouth guard from any sports store OK)
-Rugby or soccer cleats (no football cleats with toe stud)
-**Sports jersey, rugby/soccer/football, tee shirt okay (stronger material preferred for U10 up)
-Sports shorts (soccer/rugby ok) – Preferably Black.
-Long athletic socks – Preferably Black
-Water
-Sun screen (if sunny)
**New SFGG shirt will be ordered after registration.
